"Well what can I say, yet again another brilliant PSU from the 'TeddyCap factory'. The reviews that you have posted are more than justified; This PSU is excellent; Extremely well built and supplied with cables of very high quality. It has superior stereo imaging with REAL depth of stage, superb attack and separation.

I currently use a CDX2 / XPS2 front end with a NAC282 / NAP250-2 combination and listen to all types of music, but generally drawn more towards the 'Rock' genre.

For me, this PSU has now taken the 'muddle' out of these 'heavier' or more bassy tracks; Bass is tight and very deep, with the higher scales well defined and vocals crystal clear. Drum solos are amazing - you can now actually define the drum being used. It retains, but more so, even enhances the 'PRAT' that Naim are renowned for.

Well done, this PSU is an excellent example of your hard work and dedication toward achieving that 'perfect sound'.

DualTeddyCap has been burnt-in for over a week now.

I connected it to my NAC202 (instead of HiCap and NAPSC). Apart from this I used the second output from DualTeddyCap to upgrade my CD5X.

The overall sound is fantastic. In fact I did all connections in steps passing through the series of careful auditioning. It took me and my friend 3 days to pass through our favorite recordings some of which are very challenging for audio gears, particularly for power supplies. Each and every step was clearly audible, including adding NAPSC-analog from DualTeddyCap.

The most intensive tests were performed over TeddyCap vs HiCap when feeding the CD5X and then NAC202. I tried to hear the difference and I believe it was more over CD5X rather than NAC202. At the same time my friend suggested that difference was almost the same in both setups. We both agreed that in both cases the difference had the same character: increased soundstage and (surprisingly) increased articulation which is normally considered as Naim domain.

Honestly, I was thinking of TeddyCap as of a low noise PS which would save my budget and would possibly slightly advance a soundstage through the increased dynamic range but I was well prepared for losing a grip over the sound which is so common in the modern hi-fi designs. Instead I was really impressed  with improved microdynamic which is present over the whole frequency bandwidth and so clearly articulated in the bass section so one should not necessarily have golden ears to hear the difference.

Well, when we go down to the sonic performance I really don’t see any downsides with TeddyCap. One can call me deaf but I consider myself as a quite trained listener and I have no doubts on the choice between HiCap and TeddyCap. I have to confide that I would buy it even if it was in the same price league as original HiCap.

The sonic difference is not subtle and I have no other choice but just wonder how does TeddyCap stack up against SuperCap (below, on par or better) which I had never a lucky chance to listen to?

Box arrived today, and have connected up and had a play.Well, the difference is immediately noticeable. I’m driving a pair of Neat Momentum 4i’s from a Naim Supernait. The speakers are very very good but do require a firm grip on the bass otherwise they can boom a bit. I had toyed with the idea of using the foam inserts that Neat can supply…………………. but now I don’t need to ! So my first problem is where am I gonna get the time from to listen to all my music again?"
